Hotels

We are expecting participants to be housed two to a room. We have a large number of king beds, so families, sisters, etc. should expect a king room. See below for details regarding hotel reservations:

For Employees:

All registration and hotel reservations will be cared for by your union or conference. NO current employee should register online, or book a room at any of the convention hotels. Currently, the unions are placing a block hold on the number of rooms they will need for the convention. Once that is finalized, they (the union or the conference) will collect names and information for rooming. They will also verify your employment for the coming year and register you for the convention. The rooming list and registration processing will be facilitated sometime in February. Please be patient, we still have eight months to the convention. There is plenty of time. Watch this website for more information, as well as the Engage Newsletter. If you have questions, please contact your union office of education for more information. Higher education personnel should contact the union office for instructions.

Retirees:

If you retired from the union or the division, you will be contacted to arrange registration and housing. If you retired as a teacher or from a local school, please be patient as we get the hotels arranged for the current staff. There is plenty of room, we will ensure that you have a room if you want one. We expect the housing site to be open sometime in February.

Outside Guests:

If you are an Adventist teacher in a non-Adventist school, an interested guest, an educator employee outside of the NAD, etc., watch this site for more information. The individual registration and hotel reservation process will be available sometime in February.

Exhibitors:

A special block of rooms has been set aside for you at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, conveniently connected to the convention center. Click here to make your reservations. An access code will be required to make reservations at this location. You will receive this code with your booth confirmation. Learn more about exhibit options.
